Why Do We need Insurance?

Policies & Procedures   

1.

Each UM/PRO must use his/her best effort to promote Business Advisor Insurance business and to provide bonafide supervision and training to their team members. This should include on going contracts, communication, encouragement and support.

2.

UM/PRO Insurance requires each and every UM/PRO to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations & ordinances, as agreed.

3.

UM/PRO Insurance reserves the right to employ such measures as it deems necessary to determine and ensure compliance with its policies and procedures.

4.

In order to maintain to viable marketing, UM/PRO insurance expressly reserves the right to make any amendments, as it deems necessary at any time

o agreement, pricing and/or commission.

5.

Any individual who is 18 years of age residing in India is eligible to become UM/PRO.

6.

UM/PRO in his/her self is a separate independent entity, associated purely on the present contractual terms, and shall have no power or authority to incur any debts, contracts, obligations or liabilities or to make any representation or any warranties on behalf of Business Advisor Insurance.

7.

A UM/PRO is personally responsible for paying all direct and indirect taxes, if any due from any earnings from Business Advisor Insurance, or on earning from selling & purchasing of Lifelong Care products.

8.

All courier/postal charges are to be born by the UM/PRO

9.

UM/PRO will not use the Lifelong Care Insurance trade names and/or trademarks except to promote the UM/PRO Insurance business. In all such authorized use UM/PRO will make clear that UM/PRO is a UM/PRO and the advertising is the UM/PRO and not the Company's.

10.

Every UM/PRO qualifying, for a particular level has to submit their eligibility in writing in the prescribed format. Achievement certificate will be released only on receipt of the said communication.

11.

All registration information provided by a UM/PRO to Lifelong Care Insurance must be accurate and complete. UM/PRO must update and correct registration information if it requires modification.

12.

UM/PRO shall prepay cost and fees for the purchase of Lifelong Care products / services, which is non-refundable.

13.

Lifelong Care Insurance shall not be held responsible for delays and failure in performance hereunder, where performance is made commercially impractical due to circumstances beyond either party's reasonable control. This includes, without limitations, strikes, labor problems, riot, war, fire, death, curtailment of parly's usual source of supply, government department decrees or orders.
